You may feel unhappy or frustrated
with certain aspects of your relationship, but
can't seem to change things, no matter how hard
you try. Talking to one of Coupleworks' trained
and experienced counsellors can help you think
about your situation in a different way and begin
to make changes.
Relationship counselling can help
you, whatever your sexual orientation or marital
status, and whether you come alone or with a partner.
Each counselling session lasts 50
minutes. The initial session is an assessment
session, allowing you and your partner to talk
about the problem and the counsellor to think
about how he/she might help you. If ongoing counselling
seems appropriate, you arrange to meet the counsellor
once a week at a regular time.
